Ken Blanchard - As an accomplished professional, Ken possesses exceptional intelligence, effortlessly tackling mechanical engineering challenges during his 25 years of experience in the mechanical industry. Driven by effective time management and unwavering commitment to achieving goals, he uses his educational and experiential knowledge to achieve productive results. He holds a Mechanical License and is HVAC manufacturer certified in Mitsubishi and LG and has completed EPA and Confined Space training.

Clay Cox is a State of Florida Licensed Certified General Contractor with more than 35 years of experience delivering commercial, civil, and federal construction projects. His extensive field skill set complements his leadership in managing federal contracts valued at more than $100 million through design-build, design-bid-build, and sole-source negotiated delivery methods. Clay holds a degree in Building Construction Technology, with comprehensive training in construction management, estimating, business law, building materials, soil properties, concrete design and testing, surveying, and architectural drafting.

Jason Garnsey - Jason has extensive experience in the construction industry. His journey reflects dedication and adaptability. When it comes to self-improvement, Jason is committed. Whether he is mastering a new drywall technique or staying updated on painting trends, he’s always learning.
